This is a great resource. So many people know only the vague, general risks to their teeth, but in practice they couldn't tell you whether these things could damage their teeth or not. My finance has gastritis and lots of these same foods exacerbate the condition. Before we met, I'd never thought about how foods like ketchup could harm your teeth and stomach.

Thanks for sharing this infographic! My dentist told me that I need to take better care of my teeth, so I have been looking at ways to prevent tooth decay. It looks like I really need to cut back on the sodas to help my teeth! Thanks again!

I'd never thought that Lemon juice could harm your teeth.
By the way nice and informative blog.
